Standard First Aid with CPR/AED—Adult
This training teaches the skills needed to prevent, recognize and provide basic care for adults with injuries and sudden illnesses until advanced medical personnel arrive.  Offers certification in CPR, automated external defibrillation and first aid.  Meets OSHA First Aid Guidelines.  Length: 6 1/2 hours.   Fee: $50.00

This lay rescuer level training is ideal for childcare providers, teachers, parents and others who care for children.  The course teaches the skills needed to recognized and provide basic care for adults, children and infants until advanced medical care arrives.  Offers certification in CPR, automated external defibrillation and first aid. Meets OSHA First Aid Guidelines.  Length: 8 hours. Course Fee: $55.00

CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (Healthcare Provider Training)
Designed for healthcare providers, this course teaches people with a job-related duty to respond in an emergency.  Ideal for nurses, dentists, dental hygienists, athletic trainers, law enforcement, EMS personnel, fire fighters, business and industry response teams, lifeguards and others who must take action.  Teaches responding to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants (including two responder CPR and using a bag-valve mask), using an AED on a victim of cardiac arrest, and using personal protective equipment to stop bloodborne pathogens and other diseases from spreading.
Length: 8 hours. Course Fee: $65.00

Lay Responder Review
A review course is designed for individuals who hold previous certification in the course being reviewed.  Participants will review video segments, practice and perform skills for evaluation and complete written exams.  To be eligible to participate in a review course, the participant must possess an American Red Cross (or equivalent) certificate that has not expired more than 12 months.  Non-certificate holders or those expired more than 12 months must attend a full course.  Course Fee: $25.00 (does not include books)

Challenge Course (Lay Responder & Professional Rescuer)
A challenge test is available for individuals who already possess the knowledge and skills required for certification.  Participants are solely responsible for preparing for the challenge test.  Instructors are not allowed to assist during a challenge test or answer any questions. Anyone is eligible to participate in a challenge however, students who do not pass are required to take a full course.  Fee is not refundable in the event of a failed challenge. Length: approximately 1 hour.  Course Fee: $20.00 (does not include books).
