To register for classes in person, bring the registration form with payment to the Mid-Missouri Chapter. Method of payment: Visa, Mastercard, cash, check or money order (payable to the American Red Cross).By Telephone

Cancellation & Refund Policy
* Cancellations must be received no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled course session. Requests received with less than 3 days notice will be charged a $10 administrative fee. No shows are not refundable.* Requests to transfer to another class must be received no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled course session. Requests received with less than 3 days notice will be charged a $10 administrative fee. No shows are not transferable.
* Students who wish to transfer to another course must attend the rescheduled course with 60 days of the original course date.
* Students who do not pass or do not complete a course are not eligible for a refund.
* Businesses who are registering their employees for training are responsible for communicating the cancellation/no show policy to their students. Business customers who choose to be invoiced will be billed for students who do not abide by the written cancellation and transfer policies above.
* Students who are eligible for a full refund must submit a written refund request to the the attention of the Education & Marketing Director.
*Refunds for web-based training will be charged a $10 Blended Learning fee regardless of the cancellation date, this is necessary to cover all costs incurred by the chapter for the use of the Blended Learning Program.
* The Red Cross may cancel a class is less than the minimum number of students are enrolled two days prior to the course start date. If your class is canceled and you are unable to transfer to another class session, the class fee will be refunded in full.
